Longi 26.8% HJT

This example represents the ~26.8% efficient HJT cells by Longi, as published in:
All the electro-optical properties have been extracted from the data in the paper, including the supplementary.
The optical model has been calibrated to digitized data of Fig. 5b), which involved a fit of the internal optical properties to calibrate the light-trapping model to match the escape reflection and near-infrared EQE.
Notably the recombination settings differ from the original publication. The bulk and surface recombination is assumed even less, which is required to match the experimental Voc. The difference likely arises from the simulations in the paper using the former Richter Auger model, while Quokka3 implements the newer Niewelt Auger model, which turns out to predict a slightly lower Auger lifetime at the operating point of this device. The differences are within the uncertainties of the Auger models.
In addition to the main settingsfile, a slightly simplified settingsfile is available which runs in the free version of Quokka3.
